Q. Do I have to be at home when my cleaning is being done? A. All our staff have been rigorously checked and police checked for them to be able to be responsible to hold your key, and we provide a key holders form with their full details for you to retain.
Q. How many cleaners will clean my property? A. For general cleaning up to four hours a session you would have one cleaner.
Q. Will I have the same person every week? A. Yes, you will. You would get a replacement for holidays and sickness.
Q. How much do you charge for spring cleans? A. Each and every property is unique and has different requirements so we can only quote a price once we have viewed the property.
Q. What if I am not happy with my cleaner? A. You would receive a replacement as soon as possible.
Q. How can I be sure my cleaner is spending the time that I am being charged for? A. We provide detailed worksheet which allocates time for everything, and a supervisor regularly checks on all staff.
